haha yay!! the mid term break is here... haha but it sort of wun seem like a break... haha aims for this one week? haha 1/finish up the classification of FRGs and start on crystallographic roots... 2/catch up on field theory... 3/catch up on lebesgue integral... ok shall not be too ambitous... only got 6 days so i think 3 aims are sufficient... haha...scheduled mid term talk on the 4th march at CRA 1515 to 1600h... had to change the timing a bit cos forgot that hanmao booked the 2pm slot in CRB... haha... ok cool... that means i'll get to listen to bothhis and elizabeth's talks... haha terence has not scheduled his talk yet... hmmm think he'll only go look for prof ma after he finishes typing his report... haha... oh ya and my examiner is prof lee!! haha **phew!!**
met tkm yesterday... waaah he had alot of things to add to my report... hmmm i think my std of writing report is really not there yet... haha but well it's only my second report rite... haha... wuz in his office like close to 2 hours... haha... anyway wuz supposed to go for rj band concert last nite... but then last min gotta re-edit my report cos my proof had some logical errors... haha i'm so silly... haha
anyway today's gonna be pretty much uneventful... haha... wat can i say... goatta accept the fact that life's liddat for now la... need to keep up with stuff and all if i really wanna grab hold of my 2u honours deg... hahaha...
oh watched tennis last night... t johansson bt stepanek... haha the henman match with too late so i din watch... but i just check the score... how unlucky.. he lost to ancic... 7-6 7-6
both tie breakers... first one to 5 second one to 4... haha man... that's really unlucky... haha well... now federer plays ancic and johansson plays ljubicic well i'm rooting for a johansson ancic finals... haha but i think it will be the exact opposite... haha
anyway had nothing better to do this morning so i surfed the tim henman web page... haha found out u can buy posters... haha wuz sooo tempted to... 17 bucks including shipping... haha not that bad... then i found some csi stuff i wanted too... cd soundtrack... mug... and posters!! haha put them into the shopping cart and when i wuz checking out... i realised when i clicked on countries... only the us with there... so couldnt buy lor... so sad... haha but at least save money la... haha must make it a point to go down to hmv one of these days... havent been down in AGES... haha
hmmm has it ever made u wonder y there's this sudden fasination with being fit these days... haha girls wanna shed pounds lose dress sizes and guys wanna bulk up build muscle... haha man the industry's booming and i think it here to stay for quite a while... where once u would walk in to gnc and seee more vitamin and minerals... now it's stocked with boxes and boxes of myoplex tub of protein power and weird supplements that claim to help u burn fat more easily... haha it's a scary generation... haha well... haha i suppose in some sense it is a good thing... haha but if u think abt it... haha u really need to know the reasons y pple are working out more these days... haha sure they wanna be healthier... that's def not the primary reason... haha the real cold hard truth... haha vanity... haha we're a generation build upon vanity... and health has now become sort of a cover up to feed our narcissistic tendencies... hahaha face it man we're all vain... to some extend or another... but more so now then ever... haha which MAY not be a very bad thing dun get me wrong...
anywayz... i really need to think abt wat to do during my holidays in may and june... haha i originally had 2 plans... to take on aliance francaise courses in french and make sure by next year i am ready to take the DALF... haha and to either get coaching in badminton or tennis... haha but u see... they all need money and where am i gonna get the cash from? hahaa toto i guess... haha so if u every have a dream abt some numbers... pls tell me... haha... for now... it's time to figure out wat to go and grab to eat... haha ciao...
